Mike Deese - Senior Pastor
Mike is the founding and senior pastor of Crosspointe. He and his wife, Felicia, have six adult children, and are actively involved in supporting them all around the globe. They have served the community with their coaching, acting as team/class mom, serving as RHS team chaplain, and currently Mike serves as chaplain at two local companies, Thrive and Hope Industrial Systems. Prior to serving in the Roswell community, Mike served seven years as a senior pastor in Fort Worth, Texas. He is a native of Alabama, and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University. Mike received his Masters of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and attended Fuller Theological Seminar for studies in Church Growth and Health. Mike and Felicia are happiest when they are serving and teaching--either locally or abroad; sharing adventures with their kids; or cheering for their Auburn Tigers.

During his time at Crosspointe he has been involved in various ministries such as sound team, garage sale fund raisers, and the children's ministry. Frank has also been a vital member of mission teams, serving in South Africa and India, as well as at Camp Grace. He facilitates an adult group on Sunday mornings, and serves the body as a facilitator of ministry development at Crosspointe.
